does my child have aspergers?

Finding my way to my son through sensory processing disorder opened my eyes to a Holy knitting together of a boy wildly and colorfully spun, by a loving, perfect, and intentional God.

What can I say about me? I am a 47 year old stay-at-home mom to three grown children. Hannah just turned 29, Kylee 22, and Carter 21. I am married to Eric. The love of my here, now, and til death do us part life. We have now lived more years together than we did apart, single and growing up. I think when you pass that mark...you realize what you have and what you never want to lose. Marriage is a mystery and I will probably blog a lot about it. God gave Eric to me, and me to Eric to reflect His love for His church. How imperfectly we reflect this, yet it is Christ who holds this union of two sinners together. Refreshing. Let's see...I wanted five kids, and God gave me three. Yep, He knew right when He wanted our nest to be empty..,and here we are. I wanted to live on a hobby farm and instead I lived in small town suburbia close to the twin cities for the first 24 years with Eric .Now we live in an even smaller community on a beautiful hidden lake along a winding road. I go to sleep beneath brighter stars than I've ever known and wake up to water. God knows me better than I know myself, this is where He knew I wanted to be, not cleaning chicken coops. My favorite place is early in the morning when Jesus beckons my heart to meet with Him. There really isn't anything better than this. It is a place where I get low on this Holy ground in my home office that He has invaded. It is a place of weeping, rejoicing, groaning, singing, pouring out my heart, and intimately conversing with my Savior who called me to life in Him. Yup, my favorite place. So He fills my heart and maybe some of it will make its way down to my fingertips and spill out on the screen of this blog. Maybe. If it makes you want to read about Him, I'll write more, God willing.
